How this calculator works
Annual spend is your seat counts multiplied by per-seat costs. Defaults use the verified Bloomberg list price ($28,320/yr per seat on multi-terminal contracts; $31,980 single-seat, per NeuGroup, Oct 2024) and commonly reported figures for LSEG Workspace (~$22,000) and FactSet (~$12,000 standard); edit them to your contracts. Estimated savings applies your reclaim rate to total spend: reclaimed seats are cut, downgraded to cheaper tiers, or reallocated, so the full seat price is the planning ceiling. Payback compares those savings to Abloomify at public pricing ($9 per seat per month, billed annually) across the whole monitored fleet. The automation upside is a separate modeled estimate and is deliberately excluded from the headline savings. All outputs are estimates; the 30-day assessment replaces them with your fleet's actual usage evidence.
