Abloomify release notes cover for August 28 2026: Zero-Touch Enrollment

Meeting transcript fixes, automatic device enrollment, and Claude Desktop's agent-first MCP setup

This release fixes two edge cases in meeting transcripts and scheduled Bloomy Tasks reports, moves device agent enrollment onto a fully automatic setup path with EU data routing, and simplifies how Claude Desktop connects to Abloomify over MCP. Device Agents, Meeting Transcripts, and MCP connector setup all get more dependable behavior this week.

What's new

Fixes for meeting transcripts and Bloomy Tasks delivery

Meeting transcripts and scheduled report delivery both hold up better against edge cases this release.
  • Meeting transcript previews no longer break into raw, unformatted text on calls longer than 99 minutes; every line now renders as a structured speaker row.
  • Fixed a transcript timestamp issue that could show impossible times on some calls; transcripts now show the correct time, or no timestamp at all, rather than a wrong one.
  • Scheduled Bloomy Tasks reports that finish without sending their result now get one automatic retry, so a completed report is less likely to go missing.

Automatic device enrollment, routed within region

Setting up device agent enrollment for a company is now a fully automatic step, with data kept in-region for EU customers.
  • Device agent enrollment setup is now handled automatically for every company, including companies that joined before the current enrollment system existed.
  • Strengthened isolation between companies in device enrollment, so a company's devices can only ever act within that company.
  • Fixed a data-routing issue so meeting recordings and synced data for EU customers process within the EU region.
  • Updated the recommended macOS device agent to version 1.13.1, which properly requests the microphone access needed for meeting recording features.

Claude Desktop MCP setup leads with the agent route

Connecting Claude Desktop to Abloomify over MCP is simpler, and connector errors are easier to fix.
  • Setting up Claude Desktop with Abloomify's MCP connector now leads with the simpler, agent-based connection method; manual setup instructions remain available for machines without the device agent.
  • Updated the recommended macOS device agent to version 1.13.2 to support the improved Claude Desktop connection method.
  • Connecting a Claude Desktop or other MCP client with an invalid, expired, or missing key now returns a clear message pointing to My Connectors to fix it, instead of a generic connection error.

Who benefits

  • IT admins managing device agent enrollment: enrollment now sets up automatically for every company, with stronger isolation between companies and EU data routing for EU customers.
  • Teams reviewing meeting transcripts: transcripts render correctly regardless of call length or timestamp issues further upstream.
  • Teams relying on scheduled Bloomy Tasks reports: fewer reports go missing after a run finishes without sending its result.
  • Developers and admins connecting Claude Desktop via MCP: simpler setup, plus a clear message when a connector key needs fixing.

Try it

  • Open Device Agents admin to confirm your company's recommended macOS agent version (1.13.2).
  • Review a long or older meeting transcript to see the corrected timestamps.
  • Set up Claude Desktop from your MCP connector settings to use the simpler agent-based connection.
  • Check My Connectors if an MCP client shows a connection error; it now names the reason and the fix.
