Sign in with your company's Okta account

This release brings enterprise single sign-on to the login screen. Teams whose company uses Okta can now sign in to Abloomify with the credentials they already use every day, and a faster sign-in flow carries your work email from one step to the next. Single sign-on turns on for one organization at a time, and IT admins get a documented setup guide to connect their company's Okta.

What's new

Sign in with Okta

Customers whose company uses Okta now have a one-click way into Abloomify.
  • A "Sign in with Okta" button now sits on the login screen, next to "Sign in with Google"
  • People sign in with the company credentials they already use, with no separate Abloomify password to manage
  • The work email you enter on the first screen carries into the next step, so you do not type it twice

Single sign-on, set up per organization

Okta single sign-on turns on for one company at a time, only when that company asks for it.
  • After you enter your work email, Abloomify sends you to the right sign-in method for your organization
  • Each organization gets its own isolated single sign-on connection, kept separate from every other company's
  • Single sign-on stays off until your company opts in, so existing email and password sign-in keeps working unchanged

A guided setup for IT teams

Connecting a company's Okta to Abloomify now follows a clear, documented path.
  • A step-by-step guide walks IT through connecting your company's Okta to Abloomify
  • The guide covers setting up an Abloomify sign-in app inside your Okta, so setup does not wait on custom work
  • Single sign-on can be enabled for your organization on request, with onboarding handled per company

Who benefits

  • Employees at Okta companies: sign in with the company credentials they already use, with no separate Abloomify password
  • IT admins and identity teams: follow a step-by-step guide to connect your company's Okta, with single sign-on enabled per organization on request
  • Security-minded organizations: each company's single sign-on connection stays isolated from every other company's
  • Existing users: nothing changes for email and password sign-in until your company opts in

Try it

  • Enter your work email on the login screen and Abloomify routes you to the right sign-in method
  • Select Sign in with Okta if your company has connected its Okta workspace
  • Ask your IT team to follow the setup guide to connect your company's Okta to Abloomify
  • Keep using email and password sign-in until single sign-on is enabled for your organization
