See which employees are running an outdated Device Agent
This release adds the installed agent version to the Device Agent Coverage view. You can now tell, for every employee, whether each of their devices is current, and filter down to the ones that need an update.
What's new
Agent version on every device in Device Agent Coverage
Device Agent Coverage still shows one row per employee, and each row now carries the version of the agent on every device.
- A new Agent Version column shows one chip per device, in the same order as the Device Agents column.
- Chips are green, amber, red, or grey, using the same recommended-version guidance as the Device Agents tab.
- Hovering a chip shows the device, operating system, version, and status. Device Agents tooltips now list the version on each line too.
- Devices with no reported version show as grey and are never counted as outdated.
A Needs update filter
You can narrow the coverage list to the employees whose machines are behind.
- The new Agent Version filter offers Needs update, Up to date, and Version unknown, each with a count.
- A red "N need an update" chip appears in the summary line when any device is outdated.
Version data in the Excel export
The coverage export carries the same information, so you can share it without screenshots.
- The Employees sheet adds Agent Versions and Need Update columns.
- The Device Agents sheet adds Version and Version Status columns.

Try it
- Open Device Agents, then the coverage view, and check the Agent Version column.
- Set the Agent Version filter to Needs update to list the employees with outdated devices.
- Export the report to Excel and review the new version columns.
