Abloomify release notes cover for October 2 2026: Device Coverage Report

See which employees have a Device Agent, and what you are billed for

This release adds a coverage view to Device Agents, so you can see which employees have one device, several, or none. Plan & Billing now reports first devices and additional devices separately, and seat changes only count the devices that are actually billed.

What's new

A coverage report on the Device Agents overview

The Device Agents overview now has three clickable charts that open a per-employee report.
  • Charts cover employees, device assignments (1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th or more, and unassigned), and agent types by operating system, with and without the Chrome extension.
  • Each chart has an Active or All toggle, and the legend shows counts.
  • Clicking a slice, a legend entry, or the new View Coverage Report button opens the report with filters and physical and virtual device counts.
  • Each row links to the employee's agents, and the report exports to Excel.
  • Archived agents and agents on terminated employees are never counted.

First and additional devices in Plan & Billing

Device agent usage in Plan & Billing is now split into first device and additional devices.
  • At most two devices per employee are billed: one first device and one additional device.
  • Accounts without an additional device allowance see no change in their over-limit status.
  • Each usage tooltip lists exactly the devices its bar counts.

Seat minimums that match billed devices

Adjust Seats and the plan-change grid on the pricing page now require seats only for billed devices whose allowance comes from the seat count.
  • Third devices and devices belonging to former employees no longer raise the minimum.
  • If usage cannot be loaded, the minimum stays at the current seat count and the device usage bars say usage is unavailable.

Who benefits

  • IT leaders rolling out Device Agents: a per-employee view of who is covered, who has several devices, and who has none.
  • Finance and billing owners: device usage that separates first and additional devices and matches what is billed.
  • Admins changing seats: minimums that no longer count unbilled devices.

Try it

  • Open Device Agents and click a slice on the overview, or select View Coverage Report, then export the result to Excel.
  • Open Plan & Billing and hover over the device usage bars to see which devices each one counts.
  • Open Adjust Seats to see the seat minimum based on billed devices.
