Searchable Meeting Transcripts, and Bloomy that reads your code correctly
This release turns audio recordings into searchable text, fixes Bloomy incorrectly refusing to read live GitHub code, and changes how broken integrations behave when they go unfixed. Bloomy also gets clearer AI access controls and steadier handling of long-running requests.
What's new
Audio recordings become searchable Meeting Transcripts
Dropping an audio file onto any Bloomy knowledge base tab now produces a searchable transcript instead of just a stored recording.
- Audio dropped onto Personal, Team, Department, or Company knowledge base tabs transcribes automatically into a searchable Meeting Transcripts file.
- Transcripts include speaker labels and timestamps, and speakers can be renamed directly in the preview.
- The original recording stays available for playback alongside the transcript.
- File preview now shows an Insights panel with details like title, topics, people, and source for indexed files.
Bloomy code reading and longer-running requests
Bloomy is more accurate about what it can read live, and complex requests are less likely to stop without warning.
- Fixed Bloomy incorrectly telling users its GitHub access was limited to indexed knowledge base search when live code reading was actually available and connected.
- Bloomy now recognizes more ways of asking about code, not only messages that mention GitHub by name.
- Long or complex requests that previously could stop without warning now show a message to continue instead of failing outright.
Integrations pause instead of failing silently
When a broken integration goes unaddressed after a reconnect notification, Abloomify now stops retrying instead of quietly failing every night.
- After 10 days without being fixed following a reconnect notification, Abloomify pauses nightly syncing for that integration instead of continuing to fail.
- Syncing resumes automatically once the connection is reconnected or a manual sync succeeds.
- Up to two additional reminder emails are sent while a connection stays paused, so admins are not flooded with repeat alerts.
- The same connection status system is now used consistently across every integration Abloomify connects to.
AI access controls in Bloomy
When an admin turns off AI access for the company, Bloomy now stops answering immediately instead of continuing to respond.
- Fixed Bloomy continuing to answer messages after an admin turned off AI access for the company.
- The Bloomy model access page now shows a profile selector so admins can see and adjust which AI capabilities are enabled, with a confirmation step before changes take effect.
- In-app notifications now default to the Abloomify icon instead of a generic avatar when no custom image is set.
Who benefits
- Bloomy users who record meetings: get searchable transcripts, speaker labels, and playback for any audio dropped into a knowledge base.
- Engineering and technical teams using Bloomy with GitHub: get accurate answers about live repository code instead of an incorrect refusal.
- Admins managing integrations: see stalled connections pause automatically instead of failing quietly, with a clear path back to active.
- Admins managing AI access: get an enforced "AI disabled" setting and clearer model access controls in Bloomy.
Try it
- Drop an audio recording onto a knowledge base tab in Bloomy and open the resulting file under Meeting Transcripts.
- Open a file in the knowledge base to see the new Insights panel with catalog details.
- Ask Bloomy a question about your connected GitHub repository to see live code reading in action.
- Open Integrations to check connection status; a paused connection resumes automatically after reconnecting or a successful manual sync.
- Review the Bloomy model access page to see the new profile selector for AI capabilities.
