Automatic tax at checkout, and direct alerts when an integration breaks
This release adds automatic sales tax calculation to self-serve checkout, so finance teams see the full total before they buy. Integrations also get more attention: connection status reflects real sync health, and admins now hear directly when a reconnect is needed. AI usage pages and Bloomy's conversation history round out the release, loading faster as teams and chat history grow.
What's new
Automatic tax at checkout
Self-serve checkout now calculates and displays sales tax based on your billing address.
- Tax is calculated automatically and shown before you complete checkout.
- A billing address is now required at checkout so tax can be calculated correctly.
- Business customers can add a tax ID, such as a VAT, GST, or ABN number, for reverse charge where it applies.
- Existing subscriptions are unaffected by this change.
Integration health alerts
Integration status now reflects what is actually happening with your data, and admins hear about problems directly instead of discovering them later.
- Connection status shows "Needs attention" when the most recent sync failed, even if the connection still looks active.
- Improved integration processing per-company isolation to reduce improve processing times for each integration.
- Admins and connection owners now get an email and in-app alert when an integration needs to be reconnected, with recommended next steps.
- Reminder alerts for a still-broken connection will keep sending a weekly reminder until issue gets fixed.
Usage pages and Bloomy conversation history
Usage and billing pages load faster, and Bloomy's conversation history stays focused on real conversations instead of mixing scheduled task conversations with direct chats.
- My Usage, plan overview, and billing cycle progress pages load faster, especially for teams with a long chat history.
- Bloomy's recent conversations list now shows only real chats, not scheduled task runs, and pages correctly through history.
- The dashboard's My Reminders "New" button now works even when you have no reminders yet.
