Active time, one number across the Activity Log
This release rebuilds the Activity Log around a single active-time number, with new view modes and page-address accuracy fixes throughout. Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace data gaps now close themselves, and 8x8 Work & Contact Center joins the integrations catalog. Productivity Models see further into connected data sources and now fail with a real reason instead of finishing quietly with no data.
What's new
Active time, one number across the Activity Log and Bloomy
The Activity Log moves to a single active-time number, shown consistently across every view and in Bloomy chat answers.
- New view modes: Compact (default), Events, By App, By App + Title, By Domain, and By URL, each showing one active-time duration per entry instead of separate app and website rows.
- A Columns menu lets you choose what's visible per view, and exports now match exactly what's on screen.
- Active time now counts only the seconds following detected keyboard or mouse input, and excludes locked or sleeping time.
- Bloomy's answers about activity and browsing history now draw on the same events and active-time numbers shown in the table, so chat answers and the dashboard always agree.
Full filter lists and accurate page addresses
Activity Log filters and page-address data are more complete and more trustworthy.
- Filter dropdowns for username, device, and app now show every match across the full date range on large fleets, instead of silently truncating.
- Title-change breakdowns show the page address per segment, with resizable columns and a faster, more forgiving title search.
- Page addresses shown in a session now always match the title being viewed, fixing cases where an unrelated page's address appeared next to it.
- Windows keystroke activity counts, previously showing as zero for a stretch of time due to a data issue, are now accurate, with historical data corrected.
- CSV exports no longer include raw keyboard and mouse-click counts, keeping downloads focused on aggregate activity time.
Productivity Models see further, and fail loudly instead of silently
Productivity Models show more about your connected data before you run, and are honest when a run can't produce a result.
- The run dialog shows how far back each connected source has history, and the date range picker starts where your data begins; sources that aren't connected are clearly marked with a link to reconnect.
- Microsoft 365 connections now pull 21 days of history on first connect, up from 7.
- Sync history now shows "Abloomify" when a team member ran a sync on your behalf.
- Creating a new model no longer loses the name you typed while adding sources, and a description is now optional.
- Custom CSV-based data sources now produce real values instead of silently returning blank results, and failed runs show a specific reason.
Fewer data gaps, a new integration
Connected data sources recover automatically more often, and the integrations catalog grows.
- 8x8 Work & Contact Center joins the integrations catalog, with its own setup guide for connecting your account.
- Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace productivity data now recovers automatically when a provider's report is delayed, closing gaps that used to need manual fixes.
- A dating issue that mislabeled recent Microsoft 365 activity by up to three days has been corrected.
- Sync History now shows the exact dates each sync covered, instead of an approximate single date.
Who benefits
- IT admins managing device fleets: filter dropdowns show every match on large fleets, and keystroke and page-address data is corrected retroactively.
- Leaders reviewing the Activity Log: one active-time number across every view mode, matching what Bloomy reports in chat.
- Teams building Productivity Models: clear visibility into source data availability, and failed runs that explain why instead of returning blank results.
- Admins connecting Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace: fewer manual fixes when a provider's report is delayed, plus accurate sync history dates.
Try it
- Open the Activity Log and switch between Compact, Events, By App, By App + Title, By Domain, and By URL view modes.
- Review the Columns menu in the Activity Log to choose what's visible, then export to match your view.
- Check the run dialog in Productivity Models for data availability before choosing a date range.
- Connect 8x8 Work & Contact Center from Integrations.
