Abloomify release notes cover for November 4 2026: Microsoft 365 Metrics

Microsoft 365 usage data arrives for every day

This release changes how Abloomify collects daily Microsoft 365 usage data. When Microsoft is slow to answer, the day's data is still saved, a day that comes up short is marked as failed, and a missed day fills in on its own.

What's new

Slow Microsoft responses no longer cost you a day

When Microsoft takes a long time to return usage reports, the night's collection now finishes with what it has.
  • Each Microsoft 365 report (Teams, Email, OneDrive, SharePoint and app usage) now gets a fair share of the available time, so one slow report does not use up the whole run.
  • Reports that were already collected are saved even when another report could not be retrieved in time.
  • Copilot usage is collected with whatever time remains, so it never holds back the core reports.

Missed days fill in automatically

Microsoft 365 connections are now part of the daily check for gaps.
  • The daily check reviews recent days and re-collects any Microsoft 365 day that is missing or did not finish.
  • A day that is legitimately empty, such as a quiet weekend for a small team, is not treated as a gap.

Incomplete days show as failed

A day with missing reports is no longer reported as a success.
  • If any core Microsoft 365 report is missing, that day is recorded as failed instead of complete.
  • Runs that previously stayed in progress indefinitely now end with a clear final status.

Who benefits

  • IT leaders watching integration health: a day with missing data is reported as failed, not complete.
  • Admins running Microsoft 365: missed days backfill without a manual import.
  • Leaders reviewing collaboration and file usage: daily Microsoft 365 figures have fewer gaps.

Try it

  • Open Integrations and check the status of your Microsoft 365 connection.
  • Review recent days of Microsoft 365 usage and confirm there are no gaps.
  • Look for any days marked as failed and let the daily check fill them in.
