Gong call transcripts arrive in full
This release changes how Abloomify collects call transcripts from Gong. Busy days with many calls and imports that span weeks now bring in every recording, and the daily catch-up looks further back to fill any gap.
What's new
Complete Gong transcript collection
Call transcripts from Gong now cover every recording in a window, including windows with a large number of calls.
- Importing a long date range from Gong now picks up every call in the range, not only the first part of it.
- Large groups of calls that arrive together are all collected, and calls already stored are not processed again.
A longer daily catch-up
The daily check for missed recordings now has more room to recover.
- The daily catch-up reviews the previous 3 days of calls, up from 1.
- Integration status shows a failed run when Gong recordings cannot be retrieved, instead of reporting that there were no new recordings.
